Being kind as this is a huge part of my Healthy, Wealthy and Kind Retreats. It is also the hardest thing for Salon Owners, especially older ones to learn.
I believe there are 3 types of kindness to master, kind to yourself, kind to others and kind to the world - or just generally kind. So, today I am talking about my journey to becoming generally kinder, something that I think comes with age, enjoy!
