Just 10 seconds of pure appreciation of yourself. It's an essential nutrient. We don't need a whole lot of it, but if you don't give yourself just a little bit of it, you're not going to feel centered all the time. So take a couple of breaths and give yourself 10 seconds of solid, loving appreciation. Then go do that with a few other people you care about today, and watch the magic unfold."
