That's what I try to remind myself of every day when I'm in my 6th or 7th hour of Zoom – that's when you do your best work. That's when you really reflect on what it is that you need for yourself to move your career forward. Where am I stuck? What am I doing right? Taking time for myself typically means some exercise, a walk with a friend or calling my mom, and connecting with someone that I know needs me."
