اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ
🌿 Traduction française :
« Ô Allah, je cherche refuge auprès de Toi contre l’angoisse et la tristesse, contre l’incapacité et la paresse, contre la lâcheté et l’avarice, contre le fardeau de la dette et la domination des hommes. »
— Rapporté par al-Bukhârî et Muslim
