Hello there! Not only is it a new year, but a new decade too! So, why not start a new running journey. We’ve had so many messages asking how to get started, so we’ve teamed up with celebrity coach and beloved Barry’s Bootcamp trainer Faisal Abdalla to bring you a no-nonsense 5K challenge designed to get anyone (including Jenni’s Mum) from non-runner to 5K champ. Over the next few months we’ll be bringing you weekly instalments which will ramp up until you are running 5000 meters.
