I had a great time talking to William Sprouse on the Podcast. William, aka "Iron Will", is a regular at most of the 100 mile races in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He's an interesting guy with an interesting story. He owns and flies a plane, owns restaurants, and does all kinds of stuff! We talk about his recovery from a motorcycle wreck where he broke 46 bones, the open wound in his stomach that he's running 100s with right now, and his quest to finish one hundred 100 mile races within the next few years! His a friendly guy with and has earned his name, "Iron Will".
