As the group leaves the mayor’s house, they update each other on the events that transpired during their separation. Trix excitedly shares all the wealth they lifted from the mayor’s vault, and Rou reveals the banshee’s final words. Determined to see this to the end, they head over to Barrows’ home and concoct a plan to trick him into confessing.
While Eight conjures an illusion of the banshee, Trix pretends to fight it in the streets while Rou confronts Barrows inside. As he begins to unravel their findings, with a few embellishments, the truth is exposed.
