Join us this week for a VERY special episode of the Rise Up Podcast! We talk with four of the young ladies that participated in our first youth powerlifting team - Finley, Josie, Kimber and Savvy! These four share their experience from the highs and lows in powerlifting training to overcoming the challenges of competition day.
