This sermon opens with a story of a man and his elderly father-in-law escaping the recent Palisades Fire. (Apologies for the delayed start to recording!)
Elijah went straight into action when prompted by God's calling. But as he waited for God's plan to take full effect, he experienced drought like his enemies when the brook of Cherith dried up. While we, too, can find ourselves waiting for God's plan to come full circle, Pastor Greg reminds us about the encouragement and peace God offers along the way.
