With eggs hard to come by in the supermarket... some desperate people are resorting to sourcing their own backyard chickens. TradeMe data has shown that interest in online auctions for chickens has more than doubled amid the nationwide shortage. It's putting pressure on chicken rescue groups across the country. North Canterbury Chicken Rescue founder Amanda Gill joins us to tell us more.
