One method I use to make more personal touchpoints with possible new patients (people on the fence) are free audios about the problems they mention on the phone or email. These audios cover many of the common questions people have before they book the first exam.
Basically they want to know if I can help and how what I am doing for them is different that things they may have tried... this audio cover it.
