Does time seem to slip away and you are left holding pieces of your day but nothing to show for it? You go about your day, running yourself ragged, look up at the clock, only to find that it’s 4 o’clock, you have no idea what you are doing for dinner. Then you look around and see the house is a mess, the kids are going wild and you wonder….what actually got done today? Why am I so tired?
