As we enter into the holiday season once more, we begin to look forward to a new year, and many of us are excited for the chance to make New Years Resolutions. If you are listening to this podcast, then you are likely making some resolutions for your health for the next year, which I LOVE. But we all know that for most of us, our resolutions will be gasping for air by mid-January, and taking their last, shuddering breath by February. According to US News and World Report, 80 percent of all New Year’s resolutions fail by February each year. Yikes! Unfortunately, these stats force us to realize that making positive life changes is hard. So in today’s podcast I want to share with you some tips about how you can make health resolutions that you’ll actually stick to! We'll discuss why keeping your New Years Resolutions is so difficult, and what you can do to make long-lasting, impactful and meaningful changes to your health and happiness, which is of the utmost importance in your journey to being a Renegade!
