Prayer is communing with the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit.
When we pray we talk and listen to God.
We pray to connect to and feel closer to God. We also pray for guidance, for peace, for our own needs, and to intercede for others.
It can be silent or spoken, formal or informal, by yourself or in a group.
It can be done anywhere: at home, in the car, at work, while we play, in moments of frustration or excitement, at church, on walks, working out…really anywhere.
