Advent 2023: A Tale of Two Josephs

“Forgiveness is choosing to sacrificially take loss upon myself–setting people free.” For our second Sunday of advent, Kyle weaves together three stories: Joseph in Matthew (of Mary & Joseph), Joseph in Genesis (of Joseph & the Coat of Many Colors), and his own story of betrayal and forgiveness. He wrestles with these themes, along with a beautiful picture of the love God has for us, that we get to experience and share through forgiving and being forgiven.
