Israel rechtfertigt seine Angriffe auf den Iran als "prä-emptive Selbstverteidigung", um sein Nuklearprogramm zu stoppen. Da werden Erinnerungen an die US-Argumentationslinie im Vorfeld des Angriffs auf den Irak 2003 wach. Anlass genug für eine völkerechtliche Einordnung.
