9: This week I speak with Diana Martin of Rodale Institute about regenerative organic agriculture and why it’s so important. The Rodale Institute is a non-profit organization that has been around since 1947. They have the oldest organic and conventional farming side by side comparison trial in North America. In addition to their studies, Rodale Institute helps farmers transition to organic and educates consumers on the impact they are having with their food dollars. We also discuss the solution to climate change, rising healthcare costs and the rise of lifestyle driven disease.
