Authorities are pleading with the public for help in finding 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie.  She was last seen late Saturday at her Arizona home.  After initially investigating the case as a "missing, vulnerable adult," the sheriff now says there is a crime scene at her home and he believes she was abducted.  He also said they haven't dismissed the theory that her disappearance is connected to her daughter, Today Show co-anchor, Savannah Guthrie.   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

After nine hours of deliberating, the jury in the Brendan Banfield trial found Banfield guilty of all four charges, including two counts of aggravated murder for the deaths of his wife Christine and a stranger he lured to his home, Joe Ryan.  Banfield looked stunned as the verdict was read aloud.  The court quickly moved forward, scheduling his sentencing date for May, where the 40 year old former IRS agent will face life in prison without the possibility of parole. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

There were history-making moments, as well as awkward ones, at last night's 68th annual Grammy Awards.  Cher's Lifetime Achievement Award presentation went off the rails and culminated with her introducing Luther Vandross as the winner of the Record of the Year. A new court ruling has set the stage for Jordan Chiles to get her disputed 2024 Olympic bronze medal back.  The drama became one of the biggest stories of the Paris Games and has continued in courts ever since.  A Swiss court now says Chiles must be allowed to present her evidence, something she wasn't allowed to do previously -- which could settle this case and secure her bronze medal win once and for all. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

MIchael McKee allegedly threatened to kill his ex-wife "numerous times" during and after their marriage. That was just one of the shocking revelations in a new court filing. McKee -- a vascular surgeon -- is charged in the shooting deaths of Spencer and Monique Tepe at their Columbus, Ohio home December 30th. Their two young children were at home at the time of the murders. This weekend, D4vd friend and streamer, 24-year-old Neo Langston was arrested and charged with failure to appear as a witness before a grand jury. Langston has been linked publicly with D4vd and media outlets are reporting he has been called to testify in front of the grand jury investigating the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is apologizing “To Those I’ve Hurt," specifically Jewish people, the Black community, and to the people he loves most for his behavior over the past 20 plus years. Ye says he’s not asking for sympathy, or a free pass, instead he says he wants to earn our forgiveness and blames his erratic and at times offensive behavior on a previously undiagnosed frontal lobe injury from a car accident in 2002. You've probably seen the promos on Netflix:  superstar climber Alex Honnold will attempt to climb one of the tallest buildings in the world TONIGHT.  Live.  No ropes.  Netflix will air it on a 10-second delay, but that doesn't fully cover all of safety and ethical concerns for what Honnold is doing.  Honnold -- considered one of the best climbers in the world -- shot to fame with the Oscar-winning documentary "Free Solo," which documented his no-ropes climb up Yosemite's Dawn Wall.  He's the only person to ever free solo the Dawn Wall, considered the holy grail of climbing.
