Show Notes

At eight months old, Jake Olson was diagnosed with retinoblastoma and had to have his left eye removed. At the age of 12, news came back from the doctors that the cancer returned in his right eye and he would have to lose his sight completely. Despite this, Jake continued to pursue a life that surpassed his wildest dreams, playing on the USC football team, graduating college with honors, and traveling the country to share his outlook on life with executives, athletes, and people of all ages. In this episode, you will hear how Jake makes the daily choice to choose optimism over fear, and his advice for anyone in life who need to rewire their thinking to constantly prioritize gratitude.
