Show Notes

Shana Spence aka, @thenutritiontea, is a registered dietitian who counsels on HAES (Healthy At Every Size) and Intuitive Eating to her audience of over 200,000 people. While Intuitive Eating is great in theory, not everyone has the access, money, or time to eat “whatever they want whenever they want.” Shana helps explain how we can make Intuitive Eating possible for all people as well as coaches us up on healthier mindsets regarding frozen food, processed food, and accepting life in a larger body.
