57 Doors With No Money Down
We have Paul Barbeau on the show today sharing how he acquired 57 doors with zero money down! Paul helped the seller avoid paying a very hefty capital gains tax by upgrading the seller to the bank through seller financing. He also designed the terms of the deal with no payments for the first 6 months so he could build up a repair budget. After two years, he had reached a stabilized value so good that he decided to sell for a fantastic profit, again, with NO MONEY DOWN!
Now, not everything was perfect about this deal so be sure to check it out. All we can say is it involved a dead body, fire, and a stabbing victim... NONE of which are related!
