Listen in as Amanda Cruise shares why you should start investing in Mobile Home Parks. When you own the land, you are setting yourself up for infinite returns. Amanda also shares how she finds off-market mobile home parks and builds her own lists. And by the way, she's done all of this while still working a full-time W2 job!
Amanda lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband and two kids. She spent years in the W-2 world loving her job and then realized she was pulled to create her own business. After having her first baby and returning from maternity leave, she started her first business. Talk about poor timing… starting a business PRIOR to having a baby would have been much easier! The business ended up being a total failure! In 2018, she pivoted into real estate investing. Single family at first, then notes, and ultimately into mobile home parks. She works with her husband (it has its benefits and its challenges ha ha). They have 80 mobile home park lots today and are looking for more.
