Simon wholesaled a "subject to" deal on a multi-use property with tenants that was very difficult to comp. If that wasn't enough, during the process, it was determined an ecological disaster site due to some clarifying sludge. This deal was a doozy!
Simon Fentress is a husband, father, and serial entrepreneur. He has a Master Degree in Speech, Theatre and Education. He ran a successful Real Estate Company from 2001-2007, after the financial crash Simon managed a non-profit in San Francisco Bay Area, and did freelance videography and production for major Tech Companies. Simon is currently a full-time Real Estate Investor.
