Oscar is a Latinx entrepreneur, born in Mexico but raised in North Carolina. He officially started his real estate journey in 2014 when he founded Gilded Homes, LLC with a close college buddy/ fraternity brother. Throughout the years, he has accumulated a vast amount of experience and knowledge with wholesaling, rehabbing, new construction (became a licensed builder along the way), long-term rentals, and short-term rentals (AirBnB). Both Oscar and his business partner received their Business degrees from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill.
