Let It Be
In this episode Tony shares Spirit's approach to the art to Let it Be. The time where you are not controlling anything just letting things be. It sounds so easy but there is something in our energies that is totally convinced that we have to do something. It can't be as easy as following your gut and your guides to be connected and successful. The reality is that this is exactly why we as humans have been placed on this Earth; to create and let it happen with minor physical work.

Spirit lists several ways to use your energies to have a happy and harmonious life. One of which is to incorporate love into everything you do. For example work without love is drudgery. This is where many people are in their life. Working at a job they hate and then they wonder why they have no passion in life.
