Jim has been studying spirituality with indigenous cultures worldwide for over half a century. In his teenage years he began his apprenticeship with a number of different Native North American teachers and elders, which eventually expanded south in his twenties to Mexico, Central and South America. By his thirties Jim was deepening his studies with indigenous cultures through repeated visits to the South Pacific and Africa. As of now, Jim has traveled to over 90 countries and lived with native peoples across every continent except Antarctica.
Through this broad knowledge and experience, Jim is excited to help each person awaken the “Native Human” part of themselves, and to rediscover their ancestral wisdom. Learning to observe the signs and omens from the natural world, to develop physical confidence outdoors, to channel the transformative energies of breath and sound through the body, and to achieve peace and focus through ancient meditation techniques are among the practices that Jim shares with his clients.
