Phillipa from Ometata in New Zealand talks about her role on the family 40000 hectare farm which is home to 30000 sheep, 1000 dairy cattle and quite a few workers. Those workers need fed and Phillipa makes sure they are provided with a high standard smoko! She also documents get stories in one book so far and possibly a second by the time this episode has been released
