Kids make mistakes, and sometimes they are big ones. When you break the law, there are consequences. But most of these kids are broken, due to family, drugs and societal pressures. They need a second chance.
Megan Millikin and Ron Stollar are going above and beyond at the Medina County Juvenile Detention Center. They aren't just sentencing these kids to a life in the system. They're making a difference...under pressure.
