For our final episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast in 2022, we are reflecting on the awesome year of swimming we've had both internationally and in Britain.   We will be handing out 12 Awards in various categories celebrating the best of British Swimming and beyond. We talk to him about the challenge, the effects of swimming 50k in one day, recovering on very little sleep and his bicep injury. On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we are joined by the RNLI and Black Swimming Association (BSA).  The RNLI and the Black Swimming Association (BSA) have joined forces with the shared goal of reducing drownings by influencing improved safety on and near the water.
