Discipline is a necessary part of parenting and greatly influences the trajectory of their self-esteem, confidence, emotional skill level and general life satisfaction. Too little talked about, but a giant portion of parental responsibility, I'm taking the bull by the horns in showing you that discipline is not scary, impossible or even has to be a negative experience.
