We both did some research and watched some videos (primarily the one credited above) to bring ourselves up to date on Chat GPT, Google's Gemini project and Open AI. Obviously, we're not scientists or physicists or engineers. However, the topic of Artificial Intelligence is becoming so prevalent in our society that everyone should be learning about it, no matter what business sector you find yourself in. In our case, we work in entertainment and media creation so we talk about things like A.I. Influencers, video game NPCs with artificial intelligence and the relevance of the "human element" in all walks of life but especially in art. As trans people, we also discuss the advances in conversational AI and machine learning as it relates to our struggle towards being recognized as humans by all people. Maybe if we achieve the creation of machines that can be reactive and self-aware and learn on their own, it will allow those who are closed minded about other humans to understand how alike we really are on a base level. SEASON 1 FINALE!! Welcome back guys! This is our last episode of Season 1!!! Thank you so much for being with us from the very beginning!! We have big upgrades coming soon in Season 2!! In this episode, we get into the concept of traditions as a whole (not just holiday traditions) and whether or not they should hold any value in our modern society. We see them as a modern day game of telephone with our ancestors but they can be valuable when it comes to nurturing the inner child that we all have or just enjoying some nostalgia. We talk about our family Christmas traditions when we were growing up, like Fawn's family tradition of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and Chinese food on Christmas Eve and their tradition of "Special Day". And Roman's family food traditions, blending Italian and Hispanic by doing tamales on Christmas Eve and ravioli on Christmas day, all from scratch with very old family recipes. We've been experiencing some personal turmoil that's leveled out recently but it's had us thinking about the topic of self-improvement and what that means to us as trans people and just as humans in general.
