AJ shot a slammer last weekend and we wanted to score him together. So monday night AJ, Dallas, Brian and Brad came over to breakdown the hunt and watch Dallas and Brian score the deer. He ended up being 155 gross and 150 1/8 net. Just a beautiful NY buck taken on a perfect late season day with the snow falling and hunting with friends. 870 Lbs of venison was processed this past sunday on our annual grind day. We knew this would be our largest volume of meat done and we certainly learned some lessons.
