Rob Nipe came to Rochester in 2007 and after working a couple of regular gigs, the entrepreneur itch needed to be scratched as he set out to solve a problem he was experiencing as a recently converted vegan - how do I still get the satisfaction I used to get from my pre-vegan era comfort foods? Grass Fed, was born.
