Pauly chats with Cook's World owner Rebecca Carney who took over the business in 2022 after it had been run, for decades, by one family. Rebecca has brought incredible new products and ideas to her store and fosters such a positive work culture that her employees often turn out to be lifers, kind of like she was. Fun fact, Rebecca started working there after college, soon became a manager, then general manager, and now owner!
