This year is going to fly by - we're already wrapping up January!
Last week was a LOT. I don't know about you, but I did not get through it all. This week has been toned down a bit, and I've created two different plans that you can choose to work from (or create your own).
Plan A averages about 9 minutes per day - some days are really short and others are longer. No day goes past 14 minutes, and the shortest day is just over 3 minutes.
Plan B is longer but still only averages about 18 minutes every day. Only one day is longer than that (at 23 minutes).
