Show Notes

In this episode, we talk about your feelings, your emotions, and what is facts and what is true.

Feeling causes thoughts, emotions are unconscious, they occur first, are not facts,

In this episode, we discuss:

1) The reality and sensation were a mismatch, the sensations were influenced by an old trauma or a trigger. Your feelings and emotions are coming from your subconscious mind/body and you are reacting to something that may be unrelated to what you are experiencing at the current time. 2) How can you change your words from a statement to a question? A statement is closed, and it signals to your subconscious mind that you are looking for proof so it will respond and find it for you. When you ask a question it is open-ended and your subconscious mind will go looking for possibilities. It will find what it is looking for.
