 The moment something changes, that just means the rules of the game have shifted a bit. What we have to do is just lean into that and adapt.Okay, what are the new rules and what's the game now? What do we need to do? What are we evolving, pivoting, changing so that we can still be on the cutting edge compared to everybody else?There are still buyers in the market that want our thing and every time something shifts and change and everyone's like, “oh my goodness the sky is falling” quietly say to yourself, you know what, what opportunity does this change create? Because I need to see where the new opportunities are, where the new advantages are, and then I can just slide right in while everybody else is pining over how things used to be.Here’s the thing, anybody that comes in new today or new tomorrow, they don't know how things used to be and they're going to be successful. They're going to figure it out like where they are, right this second and I want you to do the exact same thing because there are always going to be changes.Marketing is always going to be evolving, shifting and molding so we can't be caught up in how we did things 5 years ago, last year or even six months ago.Embrace change, that is so vitally important especially when it comes to marketing because it's all about being adaptive. This is so key to your success because you can have a plan of action and know where you're going in that plan.It will really guide the way that you connect with your audience, the different things that you do with your marketing messaging, whether it's organic, whether it's paid, but you have that outcome in mind.So again, try different things but have an end goal, an outcome, beginning with that end in mind of where you want to go, because it's going to help you steer the ship along the way.  One of the key pieces of being successful in marketing is having an open mind.Now, I know a lot of us think we have an open mind, but when we're presented with a new idea, a new challenge, just something new that's in our business, our natural tendency is to say wait, stop, I don't know, that's not going to work for me.All these different things, all these beliefs that we have about our business and why it won't work or why that strategy is not the best for us without even really looking at it from an open mind and open perspective.You know, the best marketers in the world and the best people in business are adaptable.They adapt to changes that happen in their business. They have an open mind, they try things out, they test things out, they give it a really good go and then make the determination there if it's best for their business.So when you're approaching your business and anything new that you encounter in your marketing comes up, I want you just to stop and listen and have that open mind. Listen first before you make any judgment, before you put the hands up and say, this won't work for me. Listen with an open mind first and then from there, try it out, put yourself out there, take those steps, you know, find a mentor that's going to help you along the way to really give it a good try before you make that determination. But have that open mind first, that's the first key step because an open mind can lead to so many opportunities in your business, but you have to be open to listen. So keep that open mind.  Sales is a process! It’s taking your audience through the buyer's journey by building like, know and trust with your audience.The first thing is to connect with your audience so that they have an opportunity to get to know who you are as individual.This is an opportunity for you to share a little bit about yourself, your family, things that you like to do outside of work… things like hobbies or what you like to do to relax. Just give your audience a little bit of insight as to who you are and that will allow you to connect with them. Another way to connect with your audience is to invite them into your world by sharing a bit of what goes on behind the scenes. Share exactly what you are doing in your business, share “a day in the life”, give them a sneak peek as to what life looks like for you, and invite them into your world. Doing this builds that like, know and trust so that they're more likely to work with you in the future. To help build trust with your audience, work on positioning yourself as an expert. This shows them that you are the go-to person and it builds that trust and knowing that they have someone that they can rely on if they have a challenge in a particular area that they're seeking help for.So by positioning yourself as an expert, it shows your audience that you have their back, you have the knowledge, the skills, and the expertise to help them and that is going to lead them to your offer.Remember, sales is a process, so be strategic in your marketing and help your audience build like, know, and trust with you!  How do you price your product or service?What price should your product, service, coaching program, membership course be at?Now here's the thing, in the open world right now there are people that are hunting for free or low-cost everywhere. They’re searching the Walmarts of the world, the Amazons of the world, they're looking on YouTube, on Google, they're searching and hunting in Facebook groups and on Instagram accounts… they're hunting for free or low cost.Yes, there are going to be way more people that want free or low cost in every single market or niche that's out there in the world. But.. at the exact same time, there are a lot of people in the world right now that are willing to make a very serious investment in our product and service.So I recommend when it comes to pricing is that we really need to know our audience, we really need to know the transformation. What is the problem they have and how are we speaking into that problem? What is the transformation that they're going to get through our coaching program or membership or course or product or service? What is that transformation?Because that's really the end result of what they're going to get, the promise that you're making. It doesn't matter how many modules or how how if it's a facebook live or zoom call. It doesn't matter if it's a whiz bang thing, it's the desired result, it's the end result that people are seeking, they want that problem fixed. What is the transformation. When you understand that, then you understand how to package around the price that you actually want.I'm going to challenge you: start with the price!What problem are you solving? And when you look at that price point, how can you create an offer around it that's going to make it totally irresistible? Nugget: The 3 Things You Need to Align to Increase Sales

Getting more sales in your business does not have to be complicated. Three things have to be aligned in order to get those sales. So the first thing is having the right audience and really understanding who you are speaking and marketing to. Understanding your audience’s needs, wants, desires, pain points, the things that they're striving for, and having a really clear understanding of who they are, will really allow you to speak to them in a way that they understand and connect with you. That leads to the second thing, which is your messaging, which has to be aligned as well. Once you deeply understand your audience, it's really about connecting with them using the words that they use, talking about the things that matter to them, talking about the things that they're excited about and conveying your understanding and empathy for them. Having that message aligned is super important! First is having the right audience and really understanding them. Second is aligning your messaging. The third thing is: your offer! Your offer should be a solution that solves your audience’s problem. Make sure that it your offer is a solution that really speaks to your audience.Listen to your audience really get to understand who they are, speak to them in a way that they understand and then create your offers around that. You need to make more offers!Would you like to know one of the number one thing that has helped me become successful over and over again?It’s really quite simple: by making more offers! In this current moment in time, there are people in the world that are willing to invest in your product or service, that are willing to invest in you and what you give into this world. But if we don't make an offer, what happens? They're ready, willing and able today - right now. But they're in the active market right the second and they're going to go somewhere else to make that investment because we're totally invisible. The answer is always “no” to the offer that has never made. I challenge you today is to make more offers.We are attracting people into our world. We're putting out the messaging that's aligned to them. We're bringing them through our funnels, our online marketing. We are sharing our goodness into the world. But the thing is that if we aren’t giving them an opportunity to buy from us, we are free zoning those people, we are friend zoning them, right? When it’s time to craft your offer, are you focusing on the features and forgetting to include the benefits? A lot of us make this mistake. The features are all the “things” in your offer: that’s all the modules, that’s all the lessons, that’s the PDF’s, that’s the audio downloads, that’s all the stuff, it’s all the things, and they are important because the detail-oriented people are going to want to know exactly what’s included in their offer.But in addition to the features, we also need to have the benefits, and this is the part a lot of people forget. With the features in mind, think about why it’s important? Why would this person really be interested in this module or in this audio download? How is it really going to help them? Then you need to tie the two together! Feature benefit language is super important, start incorporating this in all of your copy, whether it’s your sales pages, your landing pages, your free stuff, and yes you need it on the freebies too, they need to know why it’s important. When you have the feature tie to the benefit, then you truly can hone in on that transformation and the audience can really have a better sense and understanding of how your offer is really going to help them.
