"To continue working at the convenience store, you have to become a 'clerk,' right? That's an easy thing to do, just wear the uniform and behave according to the manual. If the world is like the Jomon period, even within the Jomon period, it's the same. If you overlap with the concept of being an 'ordinary person' and behave according to that manual, you won't be pushed out of the community, and you won't be treated as an outsider."
