味がする液体を飲む必要性をあまり感じないので、ティーバッグを入れずにお湯を飲んでいるのだ。白羽さんは、「だから僕は結婚をして、あいつらに文句を言われない人生になりたいんだ」と言った。

I thought that Mr. Shiraha was on the verge of being a sex offender, so I watched him, thinking about the part-time female employees and female customers who were inconvenienced without considering them. He casually used the word "rape" as a metaphor for his own suffering, and although his sense of victimhood was strong, he didn't seem to consider that he might be the perpetrator. That's the thought process he had that I observed.

While thinking that perhaps Shirahara-san enjoys pitying himself, I made a casual sympathetic response, "Oh, that must be tough."

I also feel a similar reluctance at times, but I don't particularly have something I want to protect, so I don't understand why Shirahara-san is so scattered in his outbursts. Well, I guess it must be his nature, I thought while sipping hot water.
味がする液体を飲む必要性をあまり感じないので、ティーバッグを入れずにお湯を飲んでいるのだ。
I don't feel much need to drink liquid that has a taste, so I'm drinking hot water without putting in a tea bag.
白羽さんは、「だから僕は結婚をして、あいつらに文句を言われない人生になりたいんだ」と言った。
"That's why I want to get married and have a life where they (probably referring to others) won't complain” said Shirahara-san.
