あ、私、異物になっている。ぼんやりと私は思った。
店を辞めさせられた白羽さんの姿が浮かぶ。次は私の番なのだろううか。
正常な世界はとおても強引だから、異物は静かに削除される。まっとうでない人間な処理されていく。
そうか、だから治らなくてはならないんだ。治らないと、正常な人達に削除されるんだ。
家族がどうしてあんなに私を治そうとしてくれているのか、やっとわかったような気がした。
何となくコンビニの音が聴きたくなり、ミホの家の帰り、夕方の店に顔を出した。
「あ、どうしたんですか、古倉さん」
夕勤の高校生の女の子が、掃除をしながら、私の姿に気が付いて笑顔になる。
「古倉さん、今日は休みじゃなかったですか？」
あ、私、異物になっている。ぼんやりと私は思った。
Oh, I've become an outsider. Vaguely, I thought to myself.

Since the normal world is forcefully strict, outsiders are quietly removed. Unreliable individuals are processed.
そうか、だから治らなくてはならないんだ。治らないと、正常な人達に削除されるんだ。
I see, that's why I must get better. If I don't, I'll be deleted by normal people.
家族がどうしてあんなに私を治そうとしてくれているのか、やっとわかったような気がした。
I finally felt like I understood why my family is trying so hard to help me get better.
何となくコンビニの音が聴きたくなり、ミホの家の帰り、夕方の店に顔を出した。
Somehow, I felt like listening to the sounds of the convenience store, so on my way back from Miho's house, I stopped by the store in the evening.
「あ、どうしたんですか、古倉さん」
* "Oh, what's the matter, Furukura-san?"
夕勤の高校生の女の子が、掃除をしながら、私の姿に気が付いて笑顔になる。
A high school girl on the evening shift, while cleaning, notices my presence and smiles.
「古倉さん、今日は休みじゃなかったですか？」
"Furukura-san, wasn't today your day off?"
