「あの客、何なんだろうなあ。見たことない顔だったけど」
バックルームにはすでに泉さんが来ていて、「何かあったんですか？」と店長に言った。
「いや、さっき何だか変な客がいてさ。店の中を回って他の客に注意したりしてるの。トラブルになる前に出て行ってくれようかったよー」
「え、何でしょうね、それ、常連さんとかですか？」
「いや、ぜんぜん知らない顔。だからわけわかんないんだけどさ。嫌がらせって惑じでもなかったし。まあ、またきたらすぐ俺に連絡して。他の客とトラブルになったら大変だから」
「はい、わかりました」
「じゃあ俺、あがるわー。今日も夜勤だし」
「お疲れさまですー。あ、そうそう、店長、白羽さん、今度注意してもらえますか？あの人、サポり癖があって、私が言っても駄目なんですよー」
泉さんはほとんど社員のような存在なので、バイトについても店長と話し合ったりする。
「あいつはほんとだめだな。面接の時から悪い予感してたんだよ。コンビニのバイト（６６）なんてーって、馬鹿にした感じで喋るんだよね。
「あの客、何なんだろうなあ。見たことない顔だったけど」 "That customer, I wonder who they are. I've never seen that face before."
バックルームにはすでに泉さんが来ていて、「何かあったんですか？」と店長に言った。 Already, Izumi-sam was in the back room and said to the manager, "Did something happen?"
「いや、さっき何だか変な客がいてさ。店の中を回って他の客に注意したりしてるの。トラブルになる前に出て行ってくれようかったよー」 "No, there was a strange customer earlier. They were walking around the store and warning other customers. I wish they had left before it turned into trouble."
「え、何でしょうね、それ、常連さんとかですか？」 "Uh, I wonder what that was about. Were they a regular customer or something?"
「いや、ぜんぜん知らない顔。だからわけわかんないんだけどさ。嫌がらせって惑じでもなかったし。まあ、またきたらすぐ俺に連絡して。他の客とトラブルになったら大変だから」 "No, I've never seen their face before. So, I have no idea, but it didn't seem like harassment or anything. Well, if they come back, contact me right away. It would be troublesome if they got into trouble with other customers."
「はい、わかりました」 "Yes, I understand."
「じゃあ俺、あがるわー。今日も夜勤だし」 "Well then, I'm going up. I have the night shift again today."
「お疲れさまですー。あ、そうそう、店長、白羽さん、今度注意してもらえますか？あの人、サポり癖があって、私が言っても駄目なんですよー」 "Thank you for your hard work. Oh, by the way, Manager, could you please talk to Shiraha-san next time? He has a habit of not being overly helpful, and even when I say something, he doesn't listen."
泉さんはほとんど社員のような存在なので、バイトについても店長と話し合ったりする。 Izumi-san is almost like an employee, so she also discusses matters related to part-time workers with the manager.
「あいつはほんとだめだな。面接の時から悪い予感してたんだよ。コンビニのバイト（６６）なんてーって、馬鹿にした感じで喋るんだよね。」 "That guy is really no good. I had a bad feeling about him from the interview. He talks as if he's looking down on working at a convenience store."
