「はあ。。。」
「１８年間だよう１８年間！、はは、びっくりしたでしょ。白羽さん！大先輩だよー？」
店長の言葉に「え。。。？」と白羽さんが怪訝な顔をする。窪んだ目がさらに奥に引っ込んだような気がした。
気まずい空気をどうしようがと考えてい、勢いよくドアが開いて、菅原さんが姿を現した。
「おはようございますっ！」
薬品の入ってケースを背中に背負ってバックルーム入ってきた菅原さんは、白羽さんにきがついて明るく声をかけた。
「あ、新しい人だー！今日がからよろしくお願いします」
菅原さんの声は、店長が８人目になってからますマス大きくなっている気がする。何だか薄気味悪いなあと思っていると、いつの間にか菅原さんも白羽さん身支度を終えていた。
「よし、じゃあ今日は俺が朝礼やるか」と店長が言った。
* 「はあ。。。」
* "Haa..."
* 「１８年間だよう１８年間！、はは、びっくりしたでしょ。白羽さん！大先輩だよー？」
* "It's been 18 years, you know, 18 years! Haha, you must be surprised, right, Shiraha-san? You're our senior!"
* 店長の言葉に「え。。。？」と白羽さんが怪訝な顔をする。窪んだ目がさらに奥に引っ込んだような気がした。
* In response to the manager's words, Shiraha-san looked puzzled and said, "Huh...?" His sunken eyes seemed to sink even further.
* 気まずい空気をどうしようがと考えている、勢いよくドアが開いて、菅原さんが姿を現した。
* While thinking about the awkward atmosphere, the door suddenly opened energetically, and Sugawara appeared.
* 「おはようございますっ！」
* "Good morning!"

* Sugawara, who had a case with medicines on his back, entered the back room and noticed Shiraha-san, greeting him cheerfully.

* "Oh, you're the new guy! Nice to meet you from today!"

* Sugawara's voice seemed to have grown even louder since the manager became the eighth one. It felt somewhat eerie. Before I knew it, Sugawara had also finished preparing himself.
* 「よし、じゃあ今日は俺が朝礼やるか」と店長が言った。
* "Alright, then I'll do the morning meeting today," said the manager.
