「安いデス、からあげ棒、いかがデスカー！」
慣れないながらも声を振りあげてくれるトウアン君だけが、今は、私のかけがえのない同志だった。
近所のスーパーで、もやしと鶏肉とキャビツを買って帰ると、白羽さんが見当たらなかった。
食材を茹でる準備をしながら、もしかしたら白羽さんは出て行ったのかもしれないな、と考えていると、風呂場から物音がした。
「あれ、白羽さん？いるんですか？」
風呂場を開けると、白羽さんが洋服を着たっま乾いたバスタブの中に座り、タブレットで動画を見ているところだった。
「なんでここにいるんですか？」
「最初は押入れにいたんですけど、虫が出るんですよ。ここなら虫はいないし、落ち着いてす過ごせるんで」と白羽さんは答える。
「安いデス、からあげ棒、いかがデスカー！」
"It's cheap, would you like some chicken skewers?"

When I returned from the nearby supermarket with bean sprouts, chicken, and cabbage, I couldn't find Shiraha-san.
食材を茹でる準備をしながら、もしかしたら白羽さんは出て行ったのかもしれないな、と考えていると、風呂場から物音がした。
While preparing to boil the ingredients, I thought to myself that maybe Shiraha-san had gone out, and just then, I heard a sound coming from the bathroom.
「あれ、白羽さん？いるんですか？」
"Hey, Shiraha-san? Are you here?"
風呂場を開けると、白羽さんが洋服を着たまま乾いたバスタブの中に座り、タブレットで動画を見ているところだった。
When I opened the bathroom door, I found Shiraha-san sitting in the bathtub, fully clothed, and watching a video on a tablet.
「なんでここにいるんですか？」
"Why are you here?"
「最初は押入れにいたんですけど、虫が出るんですよ。ここなら虫はいないし、落ち着いて過ごせるんで」と白羽さんは答える。
"At first, I was in the closet, but there were bugs. There are no bugs here, and I can relax," Shiraha-san replied.
