Lauren Hernandez is so switched on, she's sassy and determined and knows what she wants. Having enjoyed sewing from a young age she decided to do a degree in Fashion, she loved every minute and it led her to design and produce a menswear collection which was showcased at the Gib Kitchen studios. She is now doing a masters in the very prestigeous London college of Fashion and she is specialising in the difficult part of making clothes, pattern cutting.
