To be a champion at a sport you need to dedicate most of your day to the sport. This is not an easy thing to do as Under 23 Mens 8 Rowing World Champion Jack Prior tells Rouge in this episode. She catches up with him on zoom as he chats about growing up in Gibraltar and watching his Dad row for the Calpe Rowing Club and how that inspired him to now maybe even become an Olympian. Joy, pride, dedication and extreme hard work have made Jack an elite athlete. We could all learn from him.
