On The Radar S2E1 - FinOps01

In the first episode of the 2nd season of On the Radar we will discuss FinOps a.k.a. Finance Operations. In the last decade, commercial clouds are gaining momentum and becoming a major component, and as a result a significant part of the expenses of most software companies. We will talk with Didi Azaria and Haggai Philip Zagury about adopting proper practices and standards based on real-life experience in a large number of companies, which resulted in the evolution of best practices for expenses management: starting with transparency to all the relevant stakeholders in the organization, through the ability to measure/assess expenses in real-time.
