Por caída y fallas en el sistema de la Secretaría de Finanzas y Planeación (SEFIPLAN) este lunes 9 de enero no hubo entrega y canje de placas para usuarios que ya habían realizado el pago, ya que el sistema sólo aceptaba pagos.
