It's a valid question - why change management and why now? Now of course I am going to talk about the benefits of change management but the costs that an organisation will incur as a result of ignoring change capabilities will compound over time. There are some stats and facts about how change management improves program performance but also there are people engagement factors which also contribute to the success of change.
One major thing is certain and that is there is no such thing as status quo and there is a need for new capabilities to be developed.
