Many times, the response to the 'Change Leadership' need is a 1-2 day training course all about the 'how to lead change' standard process. Starting with leaders understanding how people respond to change, the need to communicate the 'why' first , etc etc. And while that provides some useful tools, there is still a framework that is missing. The exploration of key areas and roles that a leader plays and how a change leader has to 'think' and 'be' for change to be successful.
