She explains why it’s so important to determine whether you’re avoiding something for healthy reasons or unhealthy reasons? Sometimes anxious people underestimate themselves and avoid things that would be good for them to face. There are truly things that we should avoid, but pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone can be one of the most empowering and growth producing things we ever do.
